Do I have to fill out the New Client Profile form?

No, it is not necessary to fill out and submit the form. BUT, it will help me to get to know more about your preferences, your hair care and maintenance history and current routine. When you arrive for your first appointment with me, we will be able to focus on your desired result. I will begin the consultation more informed than if you were to skip this step.

Do I have to schedule my appointment by using the online booking feature?

No, you do not have to schedule online. You have the option to call or text me, 603-785-3053, during normal business hours to request an appointment.
What do I do if I am having trouble navigating the online booking site?

You can contact me by calling or texting 603-785-3053, send me a message or try using the help and FAQ sections on the booking site.
I am not sure I requested the correct type of service or if there will be enough time for additional services during my appointment.

When requesting an appointment, you have the option to include a message for me. This is the perfect place to ask any questions, or request any add on services. I will make sure we have enough time, or suggest an alternate time for your appointment as part of the confirmation. If there are any problems with your request, I will reach out to you.
